Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Express Shipping (1–3 business days).

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

4. Delays

  • MosQtech is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:​

  • Products that show signs of use or damage

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@mosqtech.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, the product will be picked up.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we will issue store credit or initiate a bank transfer (based on your preference).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
